Occupancy of the property is from 2pm onwards. Our office is operational in the complex from 10am to 6pm, for check-in, but we have also established an autonomous arrival and departure process (self check-in), installing a key safe accessible with a code, for arrivals outside these hours. Check-out will take place at 11am. If you wish to check out late, please consult with our reception staff the day before your departure, subject to availability of units.
Method of payment
To confirm the stay a deposit of 25% of the total stay is required as a booking guarantee. Payment can be made by bank transfer in advance of arrival, or by credit card (Visa, V Pay, MasterCard, Maestro, UnionPay, JCB) at check-in.

The flats are delivered fully prepared with bed linen, bath and hand towels, as well as amenities. Daily cleaning of the property is not part of the regular service during the stay, but it is offered as an extra service, whether it is daily cleaning, change of bed linen, as desired.
