Located on the first floor and situated at the foot of the Chantaco golf course with public outdoor parking and a short drive from other golf courses in the area, the Luzien tennis club, an indoor swimming pool and the St Helene equestrian centre. The apartment is 2.5 km from Saint-Jean-de-Luz Train Station and 2 km from the beach. The nearest airport is Biarritz Airport, 16 km away, and San Sebastian Airport is just 19 km away.

A deposit of 25% of the total amount of the stay is required to confirm the stay as a booking guarantee. Payment can be made by bank transfer in advance of arrival, or by credit card (Carte Bleu, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Paylib) at check-in.

The apartments are a five-minute drive from the town of Saint-Jean-De-Luz and its large fine sandy beach sheltered from the ocean by 3 magnificent sea walls. This beach is the ideal place for family bathing thanks to its vastness and the calmness of its waters. It also offers a variety of wilder beaches ideal for other activities such as surfing.
The Basque-French coast offers the perfect setting for lovers of water sports such as surfing, sailing and windsurfing. Adventure sports, hiking, fishing, climbing, tennis club, cycling and horse riding, among many other leisure activities.
The French Basque Country is a vibrant region and very proud of its cultural heritage and traditions, offering all year round concerts, exhibitions, shows and festivals.
