Occupancy of the property is from 2pm onwards. Our office is operational in the complex from 10am to 6pm, for check-in, but we have also established an autonomous arrival and departure process (self check-in), installing a key safe accessible with a code, for arrivals outside these hours. Check-out will take place at 11am. If you wish to check out late, please consult with our reception staff the day before your departure, subject to availability of units.
Method of payment
A deposit of 25% of the total amount of the stay is required to confirm the stay as a booking guarantee. Payment can be made by bank transfer in advance of arrival, or by credit card (Visa, V Pay, MasterCard, Maestro, UnionPay, JCB) at check-in.

From this destination you can discover the charm of the white villages of Cadiz, or stroll along the white sands of the coast of Cadiz. The privileged geographical location of Arcos de la Frontera allows perfect communication with important tourist centres such as the Bay of Cadiz, the Natural Parks of Grazalema and Los Alcornocales, or with the popular city of Jerez de la Frontera, the city of wine, flamenco and horses, just 20 minutes away, and one hour from the Andalusian capital, Seville.
Other facilities
Our vacation homes are thoroughly cleaned and prepared before your arrival. Towels and bed linen are provided in the accommodation, and beds are made up ready for your arrival. Final cleaning upon guest departure is also included in the rental price. However daily or mid-week cleaning and linen changes are available with advance arrangements and for and additional fee.
