Our family rented Villa 37 for a 10-night stay in April 2023. Our group consisted of 3 adult couples, no children. The villa was wonderful and perfect for our family. It was in excellent condition (appears to have been built about 10-15 years ago and has been well maintained). The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, cooking gear and drinkware. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were nice and the water pressure was outstanding. Views of the golf course, the village of Arcos de la Frontera, and the surrounding countryside were fantastic - especially the sunsets from the back patio! The price was quite reasonable, making for a great value for our money. Location is a few km outside of Arcos, but there is easy access into town to stock up at a local supermarket. And more generally, this is a great central location to explore an interesting region - you can make easy day trips to Seville, Cadiz, Jerez, Gibraltar, Ronda, and the nearby Parque Natural Sierra de Grazalema. Maybe even more importantly, the service and hospitality here are outstanding. Nuria and Laura in the leasing office both went far out of their way to make our stay great and exceed all expectations. They are friendly and wonderful at their jobs. They communicated well in advance of our stay. They provided tons of helpful information on local restaurants and attractions. Laura even jumped right in to suggest a doctor for one of our party who had a minor medical issue arise and call ahead to the doctor's office to let them know we were coming. If I'm nit-picking, I would say that the villa's kitchen was on the small side for 6 of us when we were cooking, getting drinks, etc., and the shower stall in the primary bathroom is way too small. But if those are the worst things you can say about a rental property, that's pretty good! This was our second visit to Arcos Gardens Sol Rent Golf. Last year (March 2022) we had rented a one-bedroom condo for a few days. Our stay then was so nice that we wanted to return as quickly as we could with more of our family. This is an absolute jewel in the beautiful Andalucian countryside. I wish I could find more places like this for our travels.

Maravilloso lugar. He estado en varias ocasiones y seguiré repitiendo porque es una gozada pasar allí unos días y desconectar. La casa está equipada completamente, a la cocina no le falta detalle. Maravilloso el lugar, la localización y el trato inmejorable. Remanso de paz ideal para unas vacaciones en ambiente familiar y tranquilo. La casa cuenta con todo lo imprescindible y se agradece la limpieza. Estupenda piscina en la que disfrutar y a sólo 10 min. del Santiscal un embalse precioso donde se pueden dar paseos en  kayac, hacer paddle surf, etc..y con zona de playa. El estupendo campo de golf brinda la oportunidad de salir a correr o pasear  por los alrededores con unas vistas  de 10. Muy a gusto, para repetir. Las playas más cercanas se encuentran a menos de una horita pudiendo acercarnos varios días durante las vacaciones.
